Why is sleep important? Will sleep is just important; plain and simple. Without having enough sleep you get very tired and just feel lazy the rest of the day. A negative effect for not sleeping that every girl in the world would never ever want to have are dark circles. Haven’t you heard girls say, “I need my beauty sleep.” Everyone needs at least 8 hours to be able to concentrate in their work. Another negative effect for not sleeping is you probably will even gain weight, and no one really wants that to happen to them.
So sleep your hours, because no one wants a cranky person.

Who needs the sleep? I’ll tell you who needs it, everyone. Every human being needs sleep even animals. Sleep helps us get healthy; it is good for our whole body. Which helps with our moods and keep us thinking positive. It also help us think better in school. Also helps us focus more; which everyone needs. Like pets, if you take away their sleep you can later then see how cranky they get. So as you can see everyone needs sleep not just us human beans.
